Temporary Closure

We are taking a short break and will close the store, helpdesk and email from 17:00 GMT on Tuesday, 16h April to 09:00 Thursday, 25th April 2024.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24-48 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period. We will reopen on Thursday, 25th April 2024.


Csf will not start and I am getting errors in /var/log/messages

If you are seeing these lines in /var/log/messages:

Jan 1 21:01:32 [server hostname] csf[1234]: Another app is currently holding the xtables lock. Perhaps you want to use the -w option?
Jan 1 21:01:32 [server hostname] csf[1234]: Error: iptables command [/sbin/iptables -v --policy INPUT DROP] failed, at line 1357

If you are running CentOS 7, you need to enable WAITLOCK in csf.conf and save the csf configuration. Restart csf and then lfd, in that order.
