We will be closing our Store, Sales and Helpdesk from 17:30 Friday, 21st December 2018 to 09:00 Wednesday, 2nd January 2019. No orders, support requests or sales emails will be processed between those dates.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period.

We moved to new Helpdesk software on 25th July 2016. We have migrated data from the old system to this new one so that you can still see your old tickets from your existing account. However, you must first generate a reset password email from the link below to be able to set a new password and login using your email address:

Questions about our free scripts?

For questions about our free script products (csf/lfd, cmc, cmq, etc), please use our Script Support Forum. We do not provide support for these scripts via this helpdesk outside of the 7 days cPanel Service Package provision.

Questions about Sales or Invoices?
