You are purchasing a license for the MailScanner Front-End which includes a one time installation and configuration service. The other software installed in the package is open source and was developed by others. Should you require re-installation of the software for any reason in the future (for instance because of a server OS reload or migrating to a new server), and you do not wish to do the reinstallation yourself, you would need to purchase a re-installation service from us.
