Store Closure for Short Break

We will be closing our Store, Email and Helpdesk from 09:00 GMT Wednesday, 30 November 2022 to 09:00 GMT Wednesday, 7 December 2022. No orders, support requests or sales emails will be processed between those dates.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period.

Does the MailScanner Front-End license include free ongoing support for any problems or questions I may have with MailScanner in the future?

The MailScanner Front-End license purchase includes one week of informational support tickets where we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the installation and configuring the package to suit your requirements. After this time support is limited to the MailScanner Front-End itself. We do not provide ongoing support for MailScanner itself or clamav. In addition, we do not provide any guarantee of the suitability of MailScanner for your server or its effectiveness in identifying spam on your server.
