No, we don't use instant messaging clients. However, we do have our online helpdesk which you will be free to use if you have any technical questions or problems.

If I need to have a server OS reload or hard disk replaced on a server that you have done the cPanel Service Package on, will I have to pay to have the work done again and the software re-installed?
Do the cPanel service packages include ongoing support if I have problems with or questions about the applications you installed?
Does the MailScanner Front-End license include free ongoing support for any problems or questions I may have with MailScanner in the future?
