We are taking a short break and will close the store, helpdesk and email from 17:00 GMT on Tuesday, 16h April to 09:00 Thursday, 25th April 2024.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24-48 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period. We will reopen on Thursday, 25th April 2024.

MailScanner, MailScanner WHM and cPanel Front-End:

You can find out if there is an upgrade available in the WHM MailScanner Front-End. It will display an Upgrade button when a newer version of MailScanner or the MailScanner Front-End is available.

SpamAssassin and SpamAssassin Rules: SpamAssassin and the spamassassin rules are updated automatically with cpanel updates.

These instructions only include the basic components of the MailScanner package. If you would like to have us check and upgrade all the plugins and features of the MailScanner package, contact us at sales@waytotheweb.com for information.
