The cost of any of the cPanel service packages is a one-time fee for a one-time service, which includes one week of informational follow-up questions.

If you should require the cPanel Service work to be performed again for any reason (for example a server OS reload or migrating to a new server) then you would need to purchase the service again.

If I need to have a server OS reload or hard disk replaced on a server that you have done the cPanel Service Package on, will I have to pay to have the work done again and the software re-installed?
