How can I filter spam by blackhole lists such as spamcop.net?

In WHM > MailScanner > MailScanner Configuration you will find a setting for 'Spam List = '. You can put the spam list names of any spam lists you wish to use to mark emails as spam. You can find the appropriate names to use in this field in the file /usr/mailscanner/etc/spam.lists.conf.

How can I configure MailScanner to send spam emails to each user's spam box or junk folder like in SpamAssassin?
I want to be able to use SA-learn (Spamassassin learn) to train Spamassassin about mails it has incorrectly identified as spam or non-spam.
My users or I am seeing a lot of spam false positives, legitimate email marked as spam. What is the problem and what should I do?
