We are taking a short break and will close the store, helpdesk and email from 17:00 GMT on Tuesday, 16h April to 09:00 Thursday, 25th April 2024.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24-48 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period. We will reopen on Thursday, 25th April 2024.

Is the cPanel Service Package a software package I can download and install myself?

The cPanel Service Package is a service that we perform on your server. It is not a package that you can download and install yourself. Depending on the package it may include software licenses for our own commercial software (i.e. ConfigServer eXploit License and MailScanner Front-End). You are not paying for the software that we install, as the majority of it is open source or GPL and freely available for download. You are paying for the work itself that we perform on your server.
