No, OS or cPanel updates should not affect the work that we do in the MailScanner Front-End Service. On the rare occasion that a cPanel upgrade or change does affect the operation of the MailScanner Front-End, MailScanner or Clamav, as soon as we are aware of it we will release information and/or a bug fix in the ConfigServer.com Blog.

If I need to have a server OS reload or hard disk replaced on a server that you have done the cPanel Service Package on, will I have to pay to have the work done again and the software re-installed?
MailScanner is blocking files as "program files" when they are not program files, for example Office documents. How can I configure MS to allow these files?
