Do the cPanel or MailScanner service packages include ongoing support if I have problems with or questions about the applications you installed?

The service packages include one week of informational support tickets
but do not include further ongoing support. Normally if you require
assistance after this time we will do our best to provide advice on how
to resolve the problem yourself, but if we need to login to your server
to resolve a problem there may be an additional charge.
