Once your MailScanner Front-End is installed, will users still have access to the built-in SpamAssassin user interface?

No, with our MailScanner Front-End the cPanel interface to SpamAssassin must be disabled. Users will instead have access to the MailScanner front-end so they can configure how they want mail scanning done for their domain(s).

If I need to have a server OS reload or hard disk replaced on a server that you have done the cPanel Service Package on, will I have to pay to have the work done again and the software re-installed?
If I have the MailScanner Front-End installed, will cPanel or operating system upgrades overwrite or affect any of the MailScanner files or configuration?
How can I configure MailScanner to send spam emails to each user's spam box or junk folder like in SpamAssassin?
