We will be closing our Store, Sales and Helpdesk from 17:30 Friday, 20th December 2019 to 09:00 Thursday, 2nd January 2020. No orders, support requests or sales emails will be processed between those dates.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period.

Do the cPanel or MailScanner service packages include ongoing support if I have problems with or questions about the applications you installed?

The service packages include one week of informational support tickets but do not include further ongoing support. Normally if you require assistance after this time we will do our best to provide advice on how to resolve the problem yourself, but if we need to login to your server to resolve a problem there may be an additional charge.
